What is Calivari’s shipping Policy?

All orders are shipped with USPS. Our standard Processing time for hair is within 2-5. business days and express falling within 1-3 business days. Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and including any additional unit numbers. Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made, only a refund can be issued. No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments.

What is Calivari’s Return Policy?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Calivari grants a 72 hour window if you wish to return the item. Refunds will not be permitted after grace period. Please ensure the hair remains in its original condition as when it was dispatched including all labels and/or tags. Refund request will be denied if the hair is altered or installed. Please note, refunds are not permitted on clip-ins, tape-ins, or wigs.

What do I do if my order is lost or stolen after being shipped out?

We offer route protection to all of our customers that is automatically added to your shopping cart. Route protection ensures that if anything happens to your package while it’s on the way to you it will be fully covered by them. If your package is lost or stolen, you will have to contact route protection to open an investigation. when you place an order on our website, route protection will automatically send you an email. You can contact them directly through there. Please note once we ship your order out and it’s in possession of USPS ,We have no control over any lost packages. Route protection is automatically added to all orders. If you choose to opt out of route protection and your package gets lost or stolen, you will not be able to be refunded from route protection. MarvaLuxe hair is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once in possession of USPS.
